Connection is not limited

Our lives are full of connections. Some might be obvious while others are more subtle. Some, you might not even recognize until it is pointed out to you. We are all connected with the world around us, the seen and unseen, the living and unliving. With other people, animals, plants, and even inanimate objects. Connection is not limited by time, space, or words. In the Connectedness podcast, I will be sharing and explaining how our connections impact our lives, big and small.

The connections in our lives all play a part of who we are and how we live life.

Understanding connectedness can help you in endless ways. Have you ever walked into a room and felt tension, even if no one is saying anything at the moment? Or have you seen your pet running around in complete joy, and you could feel their joy too? Have you felt the same physical condition that your partner, child, parent, or someone else close to you has experienced? This is because of the connection and energy we share with everything around us. The electromagnetic field of the heart extends beyond the body, so our fields of energy outside of our bodies allow for these connections.

My goal is to help you understand how connections impact your life, and to inspire hope that things might change and know that everything will be okay. Everything will always be okay in the end, the world is full of natural cycles of ups and downs. If you’re down, you won’t be down forever. I want to help you get connected back to your personal truth or source and learn how you can use that to your advantage. Beginning to understand this will help you manage through life.

Becoming aware can help you start to intentionally affect things in life. We can’t affect the situations, only the way we respond and react to them and how we decide to move forward. Have faith in knowing that living in connectedness intentionally helps you begin to discover the magic in life, opens you up to possibility and to a greater sense of being, and allows magic and miracles into your life. You CAN find happiness and meaning in life by tapping into this energy.

To get started, I have a couple exercises for you.

First, try your hand at telephone telepathy: turn off any special contact-specific ringers on yoru phone, and whenever your phone rings, before looking at caller id, see if you can guess who it is. When someone is focusing their energy on us, we can often feel it. It might take some time and it won’t be perfect every time, but the more you tune into this energy, the more often you’ll get it right.

Second, try to bring someone back into your life who you love and miss, and haven’t seen or talked to lately. Don’t reach out right away, but instead focus your energy on this person, visualize yourself talking to them for a few minutes every day, and see how long it takes before they appear back in your life. You might run into them in the store, or they might feel your energy and reach out to you, or some other kind of connection might be made with them.
