The connections in our lives all play a part of who we are and how we live life. Understanding connectedness can help you in endless ways. Have you ever walked into a room and felt tension, even if no one is saying anything at the moment? Or have you seen your pet running around in complete joy, and you could feel their joy too? Have you felt the same physical condition that your partner, child, parent, or someone else close to you has experienced? This is because of the connection and energy we share with everything around us. The electromagnetic field of the heart extends beyond the body, so our fields of energy outside of our bodies allow for these connections. Connection is not limited!
